What’s up everyone!
Nothing funny about today’s video post. It’s all deadly serious stuff about the misery of mold infested optics. The video covers most of important stuff about the how and why of fungus crusted lenses, which is pretty boring. But I also show you how to make your own low-humidity lens storage and mold protection device (AKA a plastic box with a hole in it). But, all kidding aside, if you live anywhere remotely as humid as I do, you should seriously consider protecting your most expensive photography investments from turning into slimy paperweights.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the extremely poor quality of this video. I have been having a very tough month with a dying MacBook Pro and a hopelessly buggy new release of Adobe’s insane-making Premiere Pro. I have never been closer to pulling the trigger on Final Cut Pro - and I already know I hate that software!
